Over 70 per cent of UWC Mahindra students attend on scholarship.
The community that made those two years possible was built by people who came before you. Giving back through your talent, time, or financial support is how the next generation gets to do the same. There are three main ways to get involved: mentoring current students, joining the Campus Ambassador Programme, and supporting the Annual Fund.
Mentoring
The UWC Mahindra alumni mentoring programme connects current students with graduates who have navigated what comes next: university applications, career choices, living far from home for the first time. As a mentor, you bring experience that no admissions officer or career guide can replicate.
How it works
The programme matches current students with alumni mentors based on interests, intended university destinations, and career areas. Mentoring is flexible; most pairs connect online, with the frequency and format agreed between the mentor and student.
Who can become a mentor?
Any UWC Mahindra graduate is welcome to apply as a mentor. There is no minimum number of years since graduation. What matters is willingness to support a student through a specific challenge, whether that is navigating a university application, deciding between offers, or simply adjusting to life outside the UWC bubble.

Campus Ambassador Programme
UWC Mahindra alumni live and work in more than 80 countries.
Many prospective students will never hear about UWC Mahindra unless someone like you tells them about it. The Campus Ambassador Programme exists to close that gap.
As an ambassador, you represent UWC Mahindra in your country or region: speaking at schools and education fairs, answering questions from prospective students and families, and working alongside national committees to ensure UWC Mahindra is known and accessible where you are.
What ambassadors do
Campus ambassadors attend school presentations and education fairs in their region, respond to queries from prospective students referred to them by the alumni office, and share their own experience at UWC Mahindra. There is no fixed quota of events; ambassadors engage as often or as infrequently as their schedule allows.

Annual Fund
More than 80 per cent of UWC Mahindra students are on scholarship.
That number is only possible because of sustained giving from alumni, parents, and friends of the college. The Annual Fund is the most direct way for graduates to ensure the next generation has the same opportunity they did.
How the Annual Fund works
Contributions to the Annual Fund go directly towards student scholarships and campus programmes. Giving is fully tax-deductible for Indian donors under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act.
Impact of alumni giving
Every scholarship awarded represents a student from a context UWC Mahindra would not otherwise reach, and two years that change the direction of a life. Alumni giving has funded scholarships for students from more than 80 countries.
