Assistant Head of CIS
Join our Campus Infrastructure & Services (CIS) team as an Assistant Head of CIS. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the Head of CIS to coordinate the essential infrastructure and services that keep our unique hilltop campus thriving. We are looking for a professional who can balance technical oversight with empathetic people management, ensuring that our physical environment reflects the UWC ideals of peace and sustainability.
Well-being Psychologist
Apply to work as our Well-Being Psychologist to support the health, safety, and well-being of our diverse residential community. Working closely with faculty, staff, and students, the role plays a key part in fostering a safe, responsive, and supportive environment on campus. The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree in Clinical or Counselling Psychology, significant experience in adolescent mental health, and the ability to provide trauma-informed care, including crisis intervention. Experience in international or residential school settings is highly preferred, along with fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
